Convert the existing kitchen, part of the garage and an old extension to create a large modern open plan kitchen dining living area. With particular attention to the finished build looking like one space and not an obvious additional extension.
Prior to the start of any work, the boiler had to be moved as it was located on the wall that was being changed to accommodate a huge bi-fold door, so once that was relocated it meant we could retain heating and hot water for the customer and get the build started.

The interesting challenges on this build started with ensuring that the final result would look like one flowing space and not an obvious extension. This involved recessing the steels into the ceiling to create a level, uninterrupted ceiling, for an attractive aVelux. The second challenge was the pitch of the new roof. The roof on the garage was removed and the pitch of the new roof was so shallow we redesigned the roof and sourced a specific tile and velux windows to suit the pitch of the new roof.
Project features included: Burying the ducting for the popup extractor on the kitchen island, into the screed floor. Remove and fit a new roof Screed floor and level 5 leaf Bi-fold doors Windows and skylights Lay flooring Electrics Plumbing Internal door Spot lighting and kitchen lighting Heating including radiators External fascias and guttering Relay patio

"Would highly recommend. They created a brilliant extension at a previous property for me and this one was even better. They are professional and conscientious, plus they love what they do which shows in the end result."
